This release brings a set of focused updates to NuvoOS designed to reduce friction in day-to-day shipment execution. By continuing to automate manual tasks, standardizing inputs, and improving visibility, these changes streamline operations and help our teams deliver more reliably—at scale.
Teams can now upload XML-format commercial invoices directly into NuvoOS. The system automatically extracts relevant data and makes it usable across systems like the Control Tower, helping teams better understand landed costs, SKUs, and shipment-level cost structures without manual input.
Users can now request delivery appointments directly in NuvoOS. The system uses AI to send scheduling emails, follow up with facilities, confirm available slots, and sync appointments—helping reduce coordination overhead while improving timeliness and data accuracy.
When a DOA is uploaded, NuvoOS identifies the document, extracts key data, checks the SOIA portal for clearance status, and logs the result automatically. This eliminates the need to manually check portals and improves clearance tracking for cross-border shipments.
NuvoOS now supports capturing all relevant cargo details for LTL shipments—including dimensions, weight, and whether the shipment is palletized or not. This enhancement allows teams to calculate freight class within the system and sets the foundation for automated quoting and carrier tendering.
These updates reflect our ongoing effort to streamline complex workflows and eliminate friction where it matters most. By automating repetitive tasks, structuring key shipment data, and reducing manual coordination, NuvoOS helps teams solve real operational bottlenecks with scalable systems. As we continue embedding intelligence into core workflows, we’re building a foundation that enables faster execution, cleaner data, and smarter decisions—so operations can scale without added complexity.
