We recently commemorated Nuvocargo’s founding in 2019 with a very special occasion—NuvoDay. This day brought together Nuvos from around the world to connect, reflect, and celebrate everything we’ve build together.

Following our kickoff lunch, we held our April All Hands, where we showcased exciting new internal automations developed by our R&D team in collaboration with Operations.
We reviewed our OKRs, recognized outstanding contributions, and closed with a powerful message from our CEO, Deepak Chhugani, reflecting on our journey so far and encouraging us to harness our momentum for the road ahead.
With our minds fueled by ideas and updates, it was time to engage in something creative and collaborative—a team cooking activity designed to build connections in a new, dynamic setting.
Split into mixed groups, we dove into a lively competition to cook delicious paellas and tapas, bringing tons of energy, creativity, and laughter into the mix. Each dish was later judged based on flavor, creativity, and story, making it a truly unforgettable part of the day.
To wrap up the evening, we came together once more in a relaxed setting filled with great food, music, and genuine camaraderie.
As we look back on six years of growth and milestones, we’re inspired by the strong bonds we’ve built and the exciting journey ahead. These moments of connection remind us of the power we have as a team—and the incredible opportunities still to come.
