Everything You Need to Know

Will my day-to-day contacts or reps change?

No. You’ll continue working with the same Merge account managers and support team you know and trust.

Do I need to do anything right now?

No action is needed from you at this time. Your service, contacts, and contracts remain unchanged. If we need any information to complete your profile in our new system, we will reach out directly with clear instructions.

Will my billing, payment, or invoicing process change?

Not immediately. If changes are planned, you’ll be notified well in advance with clear instructions.

Will my shipment tracking or notifications change?

No changes right now. As we introduce new tech (NuvoOS), you’ll receive training and guidance.

When will I start using NuvoOS or see new features?

We’re working to integrate Merge’s operations into NuvoOS. You’ll be notified in advance and supported every step of the way.

Are my contracts, rates, and terms staying the same?

Yes. All existing agreements remain in place. Any future changes will be communicated clearly.

Do I need to update my vendor/supplier forms?

No updates needed at this time. We’ll let you know if anything changes in the future.

Will I have access to new services?

Yes! You can now access Nuvocargo’s cross-border, customs, and expanded carrier network.

What happens to open shipments or ongoing claims?

All active shipments and claims will be managed without interruption.

Who do I contact with questions during the transition?

Your account manager remains your primary contact. You can also email integration@nuvocargo.com for any transition-related questions.

How will I be updated about progress or changes?

We’ll share important updates directly via email and on this page as milestones are reached.
